Dhaujee Kelly is an educator born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. A product of public schools, she is a testament to the impact of strategic academic programming and mentorship.
Her decade-long career in education began in rural India, where Dhaujee built academic curriculum and led a cultural arts program. At Bowdoin College, she led independent research that studied the effects of mentorship for at-risk youth and interned with Harlem Children’s Zone.
Dhaujee has continued her education with a Nonprofit Management certification and CEUs in the special needs sector. She has since started her own education business in Los Angeles and developed curriculum for two major Baltimore-based programs.
Dhaujee currently teaches 4th-6th grade at a Montessori School in L.A. and continues to practice innovative and inclusive pedagogy.
